SAMB uses flexible learning material to support the knowledge requirements of the SVQ’s it is approved to deliver.

SAMB is a Training Contractor for the delivery of Skillseekers and Modern Apprenticeship programmes, contracted with all Scottish Local Enterprise Companies (LECs). All SVQs are delivered in the workplace of the candidates in real work environments where they are serviced by SAMB Training Advisers with multiple roles as befits the placement, companies and candidates. This service is available throughout the whole of Scotland.

Hygiene and safety training is delivered and certificated by SAMB using its own flexible learning package ‘Hygiene and Safety for Food Handlers’ which fully meets the needs of the baking industry.
